Refund policy

All unworn items, can be returned or exchanged. Please email contact@lincastudio.com if you wish to make a return or exchange items, in the email please mention the order number, name on the order and the email address the order was made with.

LINCA Studio has a 14-day return policy, meaning that you have 14 calendar days from when your order is delivered to ship back your items in order to receive a refund or exchange.

The items that are returned or sent back for exchange have to be in their original conditions with no signs of wear. Meaning that they need to be in their original packaging with their original tags. If the sender does not meet the following conditions the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Any package returned after the 14-day time frame will be refused and returned to the sender.

All items that are successfully returned will be refunded the full amount with the payment method that the items were purchased with. The initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
